English to Somali Translator Needed

A manual (not technical) text- of US American history questions needs to be translated into Somali. Translator needs to be Very familiar with USA government structure and country history. About 18,200 words, needed by Jan. 8. Need to be Native speaker- please send CV/experience and rates (looking for very competitive rates - as this is for a non-profit agency).
