An editorial assistant is required for a business publishing house in Sandton. The individual should have strong writing skills and experience. Candidates need to be able to write corporate and business profiles as well as manage the company's growing website. If you are a self motivated go-getter, have a background in writing/journalism and want to be part of a small team then this position may be for you! CLOSING DATE: 28 February 2011

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Write business-related articles
- Interview leading business people and be able to represent the publication in business circles
- Manage the website and have some website knowledge
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office

Requirements
- Must have a Journalism/Communications qualification or studying towards one
- Possess an excellent command of the English language and strong writing skills
- Have excellent people skills
- Must be deadline driven and results orientated
- Be computer literate MS Word, Excel, Outlook
