REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of five years' experience
• Degree or diploma in journalism
• Research and write original articles for print products
• Work closely with the sales team to assist in reaching revenue targets
• Source and manage expert contributors
• Manage relationships with PR and ad agencies for company news content
• Manage the print products through the production process
• Write profiles for the annual directory
• Provide news stories and other content for weekly newsletters
• Write regular short news stories for the website
• Make regular contributions through social media channels - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Manage relationships with readers, advertisers and key stakeholders
• Attend and report back on industry events
• Generate ideas for the company's own events
• Overall management of your brands
PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Strong creative and conceptual abilities, proven writing abilities, solution orientated, good organisational and management skills, deadline-driven, self-motivated, flexible, team player.
