Freelance Journalists Wanted at Media Trust Limited (Nigeria)

Media Trust Limited, the publishers of the Daily Trust, Weekly Trust, Sunday Trust and Aminiya newspapers is seeking for freelance reporters and photographers for immediate employment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have up to date skills that enable them to report for both print and online.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidates should be residents or be prepared to be based in the states of Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara, and Benue.

Freelance reporters are also needed for our Hausa newspaper, Aminiya, to be based in Kogi, Kwara, Benue, Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, Kebbi, Borno, Taraba, Adamawa, Ondo/Ekiti, Rivers / Bayelsa, Enugu /Anambra, and Imo /Abia.

The company is also interested in recruiting a number of freelance photographers based in Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara and Benue states who will be paid for every photograph used in the newspaper.

In addition the prospective candidate should share the values and aspirations of Media Trust Limited which hopes to conduct its affairs in accordance with international best practices without losing sight of its deep local roots.
