Deadline for Applications Extended: The 2012 Garden City Literary Festival Writers’ Workshop (Port Harcourt, Nigeria)

Entries for the 5th edition of the annual Garden City Literary Festival Writers’ Workshop are still being being accepted. The Writers’ Workshop is a creative platform where aspiring writers sit under the tutelage of their established counterparts. It is recommended for anyone who wants to improve their writing skills.

Submit your applications for the workshop before 13th September 2012. For details, please read the previous announcement here.

Guest writers at the 5th edition of the Garden City Literary Festival include Doreen Baingana, Lola Shoneyin, Véronique Tadjo, Noo Saro-Wiwa, Chibundu Onuzo and the The Caine Prize for African Writing administrator, Lizzy Attree. Doreen Baingana will facilitate the fiction workshop this year.
