Call for Papers: African American Studies Pedagogy Conference (Raleigh, North Carolina)
Please submit abstracts for papers to be presented at a conference on “African American Studies Pedagogy” to be held at Shaw University in Raleigh, NC on Oct. 11, 2013. Among the topics to be addressed will be “reconsidering the canon of essays and speeches in the African American Studies classroom,”“teaching African American Literature and Film,” and “the use of technology in African American Studies pedagogy.”
