PAWA 254 is Looking for Writers (Kenya)

Pawa254 is a space for creatives who meet, network, share and collaborate on social impact projects designed to foster social change. It is a hub for visual creatives in Kenya and the region. PAWA 254- Power in Swahili + Kenya country code for national unity. The space will bring together established and aspiring photographers, cartoonists, animators, video & filmmakers to work, learn and share in an environment that inspires creativity.

They are looking for writers / photographers based in any of the following areas in Kenya for a one-month contract: Nairobi, Kisumu, Machakos, Naivasha, Nakuru, Kericho, Eldoret, Mombasa, Narok, Tana River, Kajiado, Baringo, Wajir, Isiolo, Garissa, Marsabit, Lamu, Siaya, Nyamira, Othaya, Muranga, Thika, Kakamega, and Machakos.

The project is meant to start immediately. If you're interested in applying, email them with your profile and portfolio of your work (either 4 photographs or 2 pieces of your work) together with where you are (or can be) based.
