Poets and Writers Online (POWO) Event: Digital Book & Self Publishing (Nairobi, Kenya)

Poets and Writers Online will explore the impact that Digital Book publishing will have in Kenya and how it will impact the rise of self-published authors.
  •  Digital Publishing - Ebooks are the most dominant force in contemporary publishing. The market for e-books is growing exponentially across all publishing markets, including consumer (trade), professional-scientific/technical/medical (STM), education, and corporate
  • Self Publishing - The Kenyan Vision 2030, being pegged on the shifts of trends in the world as a result of globalisation and the need to be competitive in the rest of the world, aims at putting Kenya on a pedestal in both social and economic pillars.
WHAT? Poets and Writers Online (POWO) is a forum for Poets and Writers with blogs and those with an interest in using the internet in promotion of, or as a platform for their writing.
