Program courses are offered in flexible formats to accommodate the needs of working professionals. The five-week program meets twice or three times each week, for a total of 30 teaching hours. Intensive workshops can be tailored upon request.
The contents of the courses offered are both theoretical and practical, with more concentration on the practical workshops.
The center's instructors for this program have both academic and professional experience in the field of television journalism.

Television Script Writing: This course consists of classroom and field training in the basics of electronic newsgathering. Participants learn the difference between TV news scriptwriting and print journalism, how to write to pictures, the different factors in approaching the reporting of a TV news story, and a variety of other topics.
