Those interested in the contest should submit their works with a minimum of 600 words and maximum of 2000, together with the identity of the nationality that has to be given to the national committee of their respectively countries.
The works to be submitted for the contest might have broadcasted from January to December of the previous year (2010), in a certain media organ of a SADC member state, mentions the document, adding that the works must have matters related to issues about activities promoting regional integration of SADC.
The works submitted for the contest must be broadcasted in the working languages of SADC, namely, English, French or Portuguese.
The works will be accepted in the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia.
All the candidature must be submitted till March 30 of 2011.
The winners will be announced and will receive their respectively prizes during the 31st SADC Summit of the Heads of State and Government. Each category winner will receive USD 2000.00.
