Call for Poems: Korea - Nigeria Cross-Cultural Poetry Anthology

As part of activities to strengthen the cultural ties between the Federal Government and its Korean counterpart, the Korean Cultural Centre, Abuja, in collaboration with Arojah Concepts is putting together a cross-cultural anthology of poems, featuring 30 poets/poems each from Korea and Nigeria with the theme "Culture of Friendship".

The anthology is expected to be presented during the Nigeria-Korea Poetry Feast in Abuja on March 21 with the best three poets/poems from Nigeria receiving various prizes and certification.

Interested poets should submit their works via email to arojahconcepts@yahoo.com.The closing date is Friday, February 25.

Entries can also be submit to the Director, Korean Cultural Centre, Nigeria, 2nd Floor, Rivers House, 83, Ralph Shodeinde Street, Central Business District, Abuja. Entries should include contact details. All entries must be in English; not be more than two typed pages (maximum of 40 lines). The entries must be in Garamond with 12 point size. The poems should explore every aspect of the theme of ‘friendship’. Poets are free to offer an appraisal of the relationship and cultures of Korea/Nigeria. They are also free to use any form of their choice.
