Call for Poems in Two Languages for an African Festival in Colombia

Geo Ripley, director of an African festival celebrated in Colombia, is seeking poems about drums types, color skin, slavery, ancestral Gods, freedom, etc. to be presented during the Colombian Drum Festival at Cartagena de Indias. Geo Ripley works in the Dominican cultural environment. He is an internationally famous folklore professor and painter trying to preserve African Culture in Latin America.

Poems should be at least in two languages (your native language and English or French) depending on your possibility. The poems are to be turned into a worldwide anthology depending on the compilation and poems will be translated into the Colombian African natives’ dialect.
